During the event, Golden Glaives also spawn, and hunting each one rewards you with ten Dim Goldstones along with standard loot like resources and hunting arrows. In short:

1 regular Intel Mission = 1 Dim Goldstone
1 Golden Glaive = 10 Dim Goldstones

To maximize your collection, time your Intel Mission claims carefully. The day before the event begins, complete the 08:00 UTC missions but leave the rewards unclaimed. Skip the 16:00 UTC missions that same day. When the event starts, claim the saved 08:00 missions from the day before (they will now yield Dim Goldstones), then complete both the skipped 16:00 missions and the current day’s missions. This way you capture two extra cycles of stones right from the start.
